“Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner. Another……

“Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible”

“Best location, clean unit. Easily accessible to the downtown & taxi. Owner was very helpful. We had booked One Bedroom appartment, but considering our old age & my hip replacement surgery, she gave us ground floor unit for the same price. We would recommend everyone to go for Fox Homestay appartment. We will come back to the same place again. ”

“Our reservation was made through Expedia but was handled by VRBO. Unfortunately, VRBO never notified the host that we were coming! I was able to reach the host by phone but then there was a 3-hour delay while waiting for her to return to town. Other than that, all went smoothly.”

“If you are happy smelling sewer methane vent outside your lounge window then stay here. Kitchen has gas stove, take your matches, fly spray for mosquitoes , toaster does not work,cleanliness was 2/10, shocked to see my toilet pan with someone else's remains there, which tells me it was not cleaned. Towel rail fell off and benches looked as not cleaned. Driveway is extremely steep, and moss covered, if you fall, you will scrape yourself and clearly get seriously hurt-no railing to hold onto. Oh……

“Nicely appointed furnished apartment. Very difficult to get transport. A long way from Main Rd to buses and taxi's very expensive”

“The property was super clean and spacious. I really loved this property and I would definitely return to this property. ”

“ Property is up on the hill with very bad drive way. The driveway damaged our new car. The rooms and toilets were not clean and had bad odor. Bad odor coming from refrigerators. Loud music coming from nearby houses till 3 am and dogs barking on the street all night. Only positive was the security guard at the property who was super helpful and watched our car all night which we had to park on the street due to bad drive way. ”

“We enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the multiple bathrooms and appliances in the kitchen. Hostess was very gracious and helpful. There are fans you can move around in the house.”
