“Would definitely stay here again. Comfortable (love the memory foam mattresses) and extremely clean and well stocked. We debated staying in Winona and are so thankful we didn’t (the traffic!) This was the perfect location for hitting all the state parks in this corner of MN. One thing to clarify: the bathroom is inside the bedroom so the living room guests have to enter the bedroom at night. A couple of things we would change if we could: a regular coffee maker would be great. My coffee-drinker……

“There were six adults and an infant staying in the house. One of my sons opted to stay in a hotel instead of using the air mattress.. The bedrooms were nice, and comfortable The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was no high chair as listed in the description but most of our meals were eaten out.so that wasn’t a problem.”

“We loved the property - we were a little nervous about being noisy but ended up not having neighbors in downstairs. We walked all over Lake City and the weather was wonderful even though it rained on our way out. A/C worked perfectly, beds were very comfy. It was myself, my 15 year old son and his friend. We did a day of fishing with a guide on Lake Pepin and caught a trophy walleye on top of hitting our limit. We bowled at the small bowling alley in town and hit the farmers market and grocery……
