「I didn't like how dusty and dirty the rooms were」

「Staff was very helpful with info about the area and was flexible when we needed early breakfast and coffee. Only negative is that your outside shoes had to be removed when you entered the house — inconvenient— but overall an excellent place. Highly recommend.」

「The check-in time is 3:00pm based on the online information. We arrived at 3:00 and we were told by the staff at reception that the room was not ready yet, and it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 15 mins, another family arrived and they were told the same thing and the reason provided, was being short-staffed. We waited another 5 minutes, and the room was not still ready. The office of General Manager was beside the reception. I went there and asked the GM if he was aware of the delays...

「Clean, modern, great stay.....TV coulda been bigger」

「The building inside and outside are old and different from the photos. The interior was clean but not well maintained. The elevator was making loud noise and strange sounds both when start moving and stopping. The main light over the ceiling in our room was not working and had not been fixed. Breakfast was good and the staff who served us food at Bistro was very polite and friendly.」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「The room was clean, well located. but staff wasnt very helpful and responsive, and there was no refrigrator in the room.we had to put our stuff in the kitchens fridge」

「Staff at the desk was friendly. Room was small, bed was ok to sleep for one night. Nice and warm shower except the top corner of the bath tub has very noticeable black moldy stains. IMy husband was really worrying about the inhaling of germ or moldy bacteria spores through the streamer shower.」
