“We like it all, except that in the bathroom, the shower set up was crazy. They had installed the shower in the middle of the wall, facing towards the outside/curtains of the shower. There was only 1 cloth curtain, and the water came all over the bathroom floor, making it a hazard to anybody, as one could slip on the floor due to the water coming outside. “We enjoyed our stay at Bellasera. It is conveniently located to 5th Ave where fabulous restaurants & shops are located. The beach is also within easy walking distance. We used the shuttle daily for transportation, which we found very convenient. Staff is extremely pleasant & helpful. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Great stuff. My wife forgot her rings at the hotel. Very valuable. The stuff took it from the room and put it in lost and found. When we got there they helped us to find it and was very kind. It was a very stressful moments when we realized that we are missing this rings. Big thank you to the lady the hpuse manager who was there to help us with this stressful situation. ”

“酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”

“The Escalante is excellente! A real haven right on 5th Avenue and an easy walk to the beach although you don’t need to walk as they provide a cart to take you. The pool area is great too and as there aren’t many rooms, it was easy to get comfortable sun loungers. I have stayed at major chain hotels all over the world and our stay at the Escalente was right up there with the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. “We enjoyed our stay at the Gardenia House. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was friendly, the location was great, as it was just a short drive to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Our unit apparently had not been restocked since the previous guests, as we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and the kitchen did not have any dish towels.
