“More than perfect. Parking lot had much space and also has charging for EV's. Super clean and spacius with all the necessary items for cooking. There is a bakery and supermarket in a waling distance so do not have to worry about eating as well.”

“帶著期待夫妻二人在自由行中特別挑選了白馬當作所有旅程的重點,他的服務卻給我們極大的失望和憤怒, 面湖的房間是在前棟和另一棟房中間的湖景, 早餐如所強調的是在湖邊的餐廳用餐, 我們等候進去早餐時,女服務員看了我們也順便招呼排在我們後面的 一對夫婦,一同招呼進場, 我們一進去就看到靠湖邊窗戶的二個空桌, 想不到這位女服務生先請我們後面的夫妻先入座, 然後把我們帶到較裡面的位置坐, 我們表達要坐靠湖邊的位置,一直不被同意; 當我們告知我們不是團客而是自己訂房的客人, 另一位女服務生才把我們安排到一半看湖一半面內部的所謂湖邊位置, 我們再次看著空著的一個湖邊的位置表達我們想要坐湖邊,仍然得不到回應; 直到快用餐完這個湖邊的位置才有人來坐. 我不知道這個飯店的待客標準是甚麼? 我懷疑是因為我是亞洲臉孔所以我不配坐湖邊的位置,是嗎? 或者因為我是亞洲臉孔,我就是團客? 然後團客就需要被嚴格對待?建議所有亞洲人不要以散客身分入住,你將得不到你應有的服務......本來還想整個早上在這飯店多待會, 吃飯中我們就決定馬上離開這一個不被尊重的飯店. 這個飯店的經驗是我們十四天捷奧自由行最糟糕的經驗,……

“The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.”

“房間和床很小但寢具很乾淨也沒有異味，可是房間外面走廊可以聞到濃濃的廚房油垢味、走廊地板有一部分也好像快塌了一樣走過去吱吱作響，入住只給房間鑰匙沒有大門的，到旁邊餐廳吃完晚飯才八點左右就被鎖在旅館外面，最後是打電話給房東才在門口保險箱拿到大門鑰匙”

“need take 10 mins from hotel to town, so the price is cheaper a bit. But the view of the hotel is great. Small pier is in the front of the hotel, guest could enjoy the sunrise and sunset there.”

“Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable with a wonderful featherbed duvet. The view from a cozy balcony was breathtaking overlooking the swimming pond on the property, the turquoise lake and a field with grazing cows next door. Could not have been more picturesque.”
