“Beautiful property inside and out. Clean, easy check in check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Direct access to ski lift at Peak7. ”

“There is a bosch coffeemaker, but there are no capsels available in the stores around. There is one chair that's need repair, the water pressure in the shower is low. Otherwise the place is great, good location. ”

“This spot was a hidden gem. Close to the gondola and town so everything was walkable. The rooms were comfortable and homely. Other than the hot tub being way over colorinated everything was perfect! ”

“Everything was ready when we arrived. It was clean and close to downtown Breckenridge. They communicated very well with me before and during my stay which was awesome. Highly recommended! ”

“The building is in a great location and close to everything. The room was fine - could use some TLC with paint and moldings. The room was over 90 degrees when I checked in so I opened windows to cool the room which worked. When I left to go skiing for the day I closed the windows because the room is on the first floor and when I got back the room was over 90 degrees again. The other problem is that the room is right on the street and when the street sweeper goes by a plume of dust comes right in……

“My partner and I stayed at Grandpa "Doods" Ski Condo for two nights over Thanksgiving break. Check-in was very clear and the unit was spotless on arrival. The unit is very smartly apportioned, making good use of the limited space. It's been remodeled recently, so it feels up-to-date and cleverly designed. We were comfortable and cozy during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the on-site hot tub(s) after a day of skiing. We'd happily stay here again!”

“We had a great stay in the unit. It is a small studio as described , but had everything we needed- comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It is in a prime location, just a few steps away from Main Street and Breck connect gondola. Owner Ned is very responsive, easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend for a single traveler or a couple .”
