Step inside to discover a beautifully furnished interior with a nautical theme that enhances the charm of all four bedrooms, the cozy living room, and the open kitchen. Warm hardwood floors and maritime artwork throughout create an elegant, beach-inspired ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, complete with a TV and a surround-sound home theater system for a truly immersive experience. The chef of the group will love the completely updated kitchen, featuring new stainless steel appliances, a modern sink, and sleek kitchen tiles. Enjoy your meals inside, or head out to the upper deck to dine with ocean views.
The outdoor space is a standout feature of the Sandlot. Pair up for a game of volleyball on the soft grassy court, then cool off with a refreshing swim in the sparkling pool. The fireplace is only for off-season use from October to May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
