The whole process from booking to check out was seamless and really felt like they wanted to do their best for you. Despite being on a busy road, inside was very quiet and the location was great near a tram stop. Everything was as advertised and instructions how to get there were perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was amazing. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and the area here is very convenient for public transportation. With laundry available in the facility, it made our trip easier. Rooms are very clean and they were spacious for 4 people. Definitely will stay here again when we come back here. Try it out. This place deserves consideration.

Traveling alone for business and really like this hotel. Property is clean and well kept up. Located very close to train / tram access and can get anywhere quickly. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was pretty basic but totally acceptable. My room was big with full kitchen. Dining options are limited in the direct surroundings but no complaints because the best doner kepab place is 2 blocks away. Overall highly recommended for a business traveler or even solo vacation traveler. But with my wife I would probably stay closer to downtown Vienna. Enjoy!!!
