“A beautiful bedroom.Clean and with quality linen. We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty. We had a last minute transport problem .A kind lady on reception assisted us and translated with the driver.She found a solution to the problem.She saved the day! ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato al Golden Fern Resort per due notti, per visitare Shimla. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro, sulla strada che porta verso la località montana. La posizione è buona ma un po' isolata rispetto ad altri servizi (ristoranti, locali, attrazioni, ecc) che devono essere tutti raggiunti in macchina, traffico permettendo, perché nelle "ore di punta" è abbastanza difficoltoso muoversi sulle strade montane. Lo staff ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e si sono sempre occupati di noi……

“Отель находится не далеко от OLS BAS STAND, через рынок вверх по лестнице между двух домов. Окон (нормальных) в этом отеле по видимому нет. у нас был номер 101 там было маленькое окошко с решеткой выходило на стену соседнего дома стоящего в 30 см и на часть пола балкона соседнего дома. В номерах сыро, ванная комната не имеет вытяжки, окошко не открывается. Душ- его нет, это стандартные 2 крана и ведро, из которого поливаешься, шторок тоже нет, поэтому поливаться надо аккуратно. За такие деньги……

“Parking is an issue here albeit it’s an issue for everyone. Easy enough to park at huge parking lot at bottom of hill . Rooms are spacious, beds a little soft . Linen’s are excellent as well as pillows. Walk in shower a big plus . Close to everything here . You can get close to Hotel via “Local” taxi . ”

“The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer……

“Very very bad experience and that too on the last day of the year. They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect. Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities. You must double check the properties and hotels before you put on your website.”

“First They said, they don't book through expedia. Then they moved me some other location in Kufri which 1.25 hour apart. After 1 day stay, they said, I have to move further. then I canceled my stay after spending 3 hours on call with Expedia and Hotel sales team. ”

“Muy mala experiencia, personal descortés y nada amigable. La habitación era doble y sólo había toallas y jabón para una persona. Shimla es muy frío por la noche y NO hay calefacción si no pagas extra, con ventanas y puertas donde entra el frío. Sólo había una manta y al pedir una más, se negaron a darla. La reserva incluía 'desayuno inglés' y nos pusieron un huevo frito y unas tostadas de mantequilla, nada que ver con lo que uno espera de un 'desayuno inglés'”
