“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”

“It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. We’ll definitely live there next time we……

The hotel is very clean and has a fresh scent…it doesn’t have a humid and musty feel the way other hotels tend to have. The breakfast offered was very good and kept well stocked. “The room was okay, but the cleaning could be improved. There was some dust, and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. A little more attention to detail would make the stay much better.”

“Arrived at 3:40, wanting to check in. Agent told me I couldn't check in until 4. I had a mtg. at 5 so had a tight schedule. Wanted to go swimming for 30-45 minutes, but since agent wouldn't let me in I changed clothes to get ready for my mtg. and wasn't able to go swimming. Check out time is 11:00 and I had to hit the road early, so wasn't able to use the amenities. Having such a late check-in with no flexibility is bad customer service. Breakfast was pretty bad. There were grounds in the hot……
