“The apartment was very clean and quiet during our stay. We enjoyed the walkability of all restaurants, shops, park and the Bridge in the Meridian District. We stayed Thursday- Monday morning and had no issues with noise or anything concerning. We really enjoyed our stay in the area!”

“Perfect location for attending a downtown wedding. Everything inside the unit was clean and modern. Hallways/stairway leading to the unit were a little shabby and not the cleanest. There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.”

Small details, like toiletries in each bathroom, comforts like extra blankets and comfy beds in every space, and the amenities of a large, well stocked kitchen made our short stay here excellent.
