“Surroundings area are quiet. Except the Washing Machine needs to clean. There’s blackish around the rubber looks like molds.”

“Spent a few days visiting my daughter in LA. This was a perfect little get away for her and we had a great time. We are both fans of Hawaii and enjoyed the unique vibe and beautiful setting. Communication with the Host was excellent and she helped make the visit special. It was a treat to use the spa and fireplace. The kitchen had everything needed for us so we could stay in and spend quality time together. The bed was also very comfortable.”

“My husband and I found our accommodations clean, well appointed with all the necessities. The location was perfect for a west LA weekend, tons of restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance and lots more within a 10 minute drive. Our host was excellent very accomodating, communication was great and super friendly. Thank you so much for a great stay! Highly recommend this spot as a home base.”

“This place is as advertised!!!! Cozy nohouse had everything needed for an inexpensive stay in Burbank close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely book again without hesitation. The host was upfront about everything and it went so well we never had to contact them. Great place. Thanks for the stay.”

“My husband and I were delighted with this sweet perfect guesthouse. It looks newly build and so well designed. We spent 8 nights, cooked meals, used the jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. We had plenty of privacy but also had access to our hosts as needed (like to heat up the Jacuzzi). We love Glendale, and specifically this neighborhood. The guesthouse is an easy walk to Brand Park and to Kenneth Village where got breakfast one day and……
