The property itself needs some upgrades. The rooms felt not very clean and outdated. The staff was very kind and pleasant. To enter your room you have to go thru a shared door then enter tour room specifically. Not a fan of that. Linens need to be better quality. You can smell the food from the 7th floor. Not good. There’s only 1 restaurant and its ourdoors. Overall needs an overhaul in appearance.

Everything was wonderful. The beach is really very nice. We traveled up and down the north side of PR and what we had at the resort was competitive.

I would highly recommend. We had a great stay! The hotel staff was great from the front desk to housekeeping. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The amenities were great, and we felt completely relaxed throughout our stay.

Everything was very well kept and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were SO much nicer than we expected and had everything we needed right down to the coffee maker and provided coffee! It was very helpful to be able to have a full fridge, kitchen and washer/dryer with two kids. The resort was family friendly with many other traveling families. We were relieved it didn’t feel like a college spring break resort and we were able to relax as adults. Our children 10&12 were able to run to restroom or get a smoothy and still remain within our eye-site due to smaller sized resort. We will definitely be back!

Staff was more than accommodating and they work hard to keep the grounds up. No it’s not 5 star luxury, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and what’s more my teenagers were entertained. Spent my evenings with a pina colada on the beach

The room was recently updated very cute! The staff were so outgoing and friendly. The outside pool restaurant beach area was very cute. The hot tub area was a little dated can use some maintenance but still beautiful. The pool area had daily activities functions. We took part in the water aerobics which the the instructor was fun and funny. We are definitely gonna come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nicely appointed. The property is beautiful. Several pools which were vey clean and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day exploring. The car/ restaurant was nice, service some times was a little slow but staff was good.

It was a great stay, clean and fun! The beach/pool chairs need replacing- needed lots of towels layered so you don’t feel the poles of the chair in your back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk and check in process ran smoothly. The room was clean...spotless, really...and the every-other-day housekeeping service was just right. The onsite restaurant (Mahi Mahi) is really bar with food....nothing fancy and we were expecting the seafood to be fresher considering where we were. But as outdoor bars go it was really excellent! The place really is remote and feels like it. We did not have a car so we made sure to ask our driver (we arranged airport transportation separately) stop at the grocery store so we could stock up on food and booze on our way. Between that and Mahi Mahi we were very happy. Also, we did manage to get UBER and Lyft drivers to take us out to and return from Old San Juan one day. The wait times were 15 to 20 minutes. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas at the pool. We were very please to see very little "early day saving of spots" ...really one of our pet peeves at many other resorts. Everyone seemed to respect the first-come, first-served rules and we never had a problem finding a comfortable spot with a mix of sun and shade. Overall, we loved the place and will consider returning one day in the future.

I loved it. It was a perfect getaway. I had everything you needed in the resort without having to venture off. It was a little far from the airport, but the area that the resort was in was beautiful kind of like the suburbs I would say, and there were stores within five minute drive from the hotel I would give it five stars. They were just remodeling certain areas, but other than that it was perfect and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again.
