“The property is very calming - listening to the the wind in the trees while sitting at the fire pit. The house was very nice with one exception. The water had a strong smell that seemed to get worse each time we showered. We also noticed the smell in the house a few times. This was the only issue - as returning to the property each day was a treat. Being able to watch the UT-Georgia Game was great - until Georgia won. I cooked ribeye steaks on the grill Sunday night. “We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Muniz Villa!! Location was beautiful and safe as it was in a gated community. Communication with the host was easy and we always had quick responses. On the day of check-in the house was clean. However, 2 of the restrooms did not have any toilet paper and 1had a clogged drain. It was just an inconvenience the firt night. The next day morning the host sent a handyman to fix the issues and replace toilet paper. One thing that surprised us, is that we needed……
