Not great - feeling ripped off
The instructions about where to park and how to access the space were not clear at all. We figured it out on our own but it felt awkward, it felt like we were breaking and entering.
The stairs were physically challenging to go up and down with suitcases. My son fell once (luckily was not hurt)
The space was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was dirt and debris everywhere, spider webs in the corners of the rooms etc.
The sink was dirty and the frying pan was put away dirty as well so I had to clean that before I could use it.
The shower curtain was hanging off and there was dirt in the bottom of the tub. There was also long dark hair stuck to everything and all over the floors and bedding.
When I put my bathroom things under the sink I found an old container of fruit from Nov 2022.
The space felt cold and wet. It was dirty and smelt of a slight mold or mildew - not surprising because the laundry isn’t vented properly and so it steams the whole space up to dry even a small load of laundry.
The couch was uncomfortable - the pillows were neck breaking and over all it was just not great for me.
My hope for this review is that the owners will do a better job of making the space more clean and comfortable for the next occupants .
I feel like I was ripped off for what I paid - especially the cleaning fee (because it was clearly not cleaned)
