“This is a very nice property. The space was adequate for what we needed. The rooms were great and there were plenty of beds. The outside was not as nice as the inside. Grass needed mowing and it looked a little rough when pulled up. It was also very stormy, so I understand the outdoor challenges. The host is great. Very helpful. ”

“Everything was great! Place was ready on time, host messages everything well ahead of check in date. Place was clean and spacious. Plenty of linens and other common items. Host replied to messages quickly. Location was quiet and friendly. Overall a great stay! ”

“Very nice home with modern decor and plenty of bedding. The table was large, and it seated my entire family for meals. The back patio was very comfortable to enjoy while the kids used the hot tub. ”

“House was very true to listing and well appointed. Made for a comfortable homebase during our stay. Convenient to the places we visited in Denison, Sherman, and Anna. The only improvements I would suggest is adding a few Kleenex boxes for guest use. The other maintenance item would be to try to correct the low water pressure at the sink next to the toilet in the main bathroom. Other than that, it was excellent and would stay there again!”
