Garden Cottage is a magical little mountain cottage less than a half mile to downtown Mentone. Open concept living that's newly renovated and ready for your retreat to Mentone! Please note that open concept living in this historic mountain home means that the walls are open at the top of the bedrooms to allow better airflow, as you can see in the photos. Everything is new but with a feeling of the old mountain cottages of the 1950's. Original ceiling beams, wood walls and floors along with a modern new kitchen, fast WIFI and gorgeous gardens and fountain. Two cozy bedrooms, one Queen & one Full, a Queen sleeper sofa and one bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to prep meals with wall oven & cooktop. Take in the mountain air on the screened porch just off the kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous gardens, gazebo, and many sitting areas surrounding the property, and hot tub was just added! And for the kiddos, there is a play house in he backyard with two twin beds (this is not included in the occupancy of the cottage).
