“My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!”

“The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc.”

“This is a very small cottage and would not recommend for more than two people. Kitchen supplies were adequate. Sufficient linens and towels. We stayed in the winter and there was no snow shovel nor ice melt and we had several snowstorms during our stay. The location is good as there are several good restaurants nearby. There are several state and local parks nearby with excellent walking paths.”

“The Boat House was a great home for our family trip to East Greenwich! Perfectly located near the historic Main street. The house had plenty of space for our family including a toddler. There is a permanent crib in the master suite area. We were supplied with plenty of linens, blankets and towels. The street is very quiet with a train that frequently passes nearby but is not a bother at all. The kitchen was well stocked. Large laundry room. Large backyard as well.
