“I arrived after dark, which made it a bit challenging to find my way in. A small motion-activated light by the entrance would be very helpful for late arrivals. The space itself is cozy and beautifully decorated. The floors do creak and are sloped, as other reviews mentioned, but it adds to the charm of the place. “Great! Although an obviously older building in a residential area off of Douglas (Old Towne) Wichita...it's well updated with plenty of space for one or two. So nice to have full size kitchen, separate living area, bedroom and great A/C ! Easy access to downtown areas and within walking distance to nite life and food. Felt safe, private and comfortable for 3 nights. If looking for an alternate to a motel room for less $$ this is it. Will stay again next time as it's a super value ! Note: This……

“The pictures of the backyard don't do it justice! We met in Wichita for a short family reunion and had three dogs with us. They stayed in their kennels while inside, but they could stretch their legs in the backyard chasing balls and playing together. Nick and Kassidy reached out to us before we arrived to ask our preferred temperature for the hot tub. Only three ended up using that, but they all enjoyed it.
