Charming Victorian Getaway with private deck.

Welcome to Casa Blanca! Charming victorian home in the historic Heritage District of downtown Vallejo. A tranquil getaway oozing with character. Casa Blanca is a 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400 sqft Victorian. The home features a private front porch for lounging, surrounded by palm trees that provide a tropical ambiance. The 12’ vaulted ceilings throughout the home provide a unique experience to this property's historic charm. The living room is separated by Victorian french doors that open to a tranquil meditation room that are surrounded by large bay windows. A private back balcony is perfectly outfitted for morning outdoor brunch and a gas grill that is available to the guests.
The home comes equiped with WiFi and Amazon FireSticks on both smart TVs. A work station is available and ample board games for the family to enjoy. A fully equiped kitchen and washer and dryer are open to guests.
Casa Blanca is a 10 minute walk from the Vallejo Ferry terminal, which offers a direct ferry to Pier 1 in San Francisco. It is 5 blocks away from the up and coming art scene, coffee shops with street seating, local breweries and the Empress Theatre. This beautiful home is about 25 minutes away from Downtown Napa and 30 minutes from beautiful downtown Sonoma. Going deeper into the Valley will take longer.

Sparkling clean
House has been maintained very well. Although it’s not a young house, the owner keeps it very cozy and welcoming. We didn’t need to cook lunch or dinner but noticed there were all sorts of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, in addition there were instant food provided. Owner has some small details which are cute in the bathroom. Overall it was a good stay.

Business stay in Vallejo
My wife and I had a 10 day stay here for business. The host Kathy and her husband David are great. Only glitch was a little at check in with the lock and David corrected it quickly. Our last day we had a late flight out and they accommodated by letting us stay till late afternoon to check out. If you need to be in the area it is a good place to stay.

Great location for San Fran getaway
We were visiting San Francisco, Napa Valley, and some of the nature areas. This location worked well for all. House is fresh, clean and well appointed. Would recommend to those looking for a Napa area trip.

Beautiful house in Vallejo!
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The entire house was extremely clean with lovely furniture, well appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. We would highly recommend this property.

Lovely cottage…bad neighborhood
Kathy was a great host, communicative and made the experience super easy. The property itself was cute, clean and had all of the amenities we needed plus a bit more. However the neighborhood was sketchy and not walkable with very limited spots to grab food or a drink. It was quiet though and we didn’t have any incidents. Just not an ideal spot for a girls trip, so also my bad for not doing more due diligence on the area.

Perfect spot
This was the perfect place to stay as we explored Napa and Sonoma counties, took in a bit of San Francisco and hiked Muir Woods. It was clean and Kathy was kind and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Nice, quiet home
Cute little house on a relatively quiet street. High ceilings add to feeling of spaciousness. Beds are very comfortable, the living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable. Overall - a very nice place to stay. Cost was reasonable for two retired couples. Thanks, Kathy!

This property was as described, and I found a nice place to relax when I was in the area for a combo work/personal visit. There is a FT tenant in the downstairs and the owner has a strict no shoes in the house rule. Both of these things made me more comfortable (single woman who does not wear shows in my own home) but I mention it because these things might not be for everyone.

Home away from home!
Kathy’s place is perfect for stay in Vallejo. It’s a 30 minutes drive to NAPA and San Francisco. The place was extremely clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. Had everything we needed to feel at home! The neighborhood outside the apartment it’s quiet. Kathy definitely made our stay at her place the most relaxing! Would definitely stay here again!
