“ We recently stayed at this amazing house with 18 people, including 2 under 2, 3 under 12, 4 teenagers, and 9 adults. There was plenty of space and fun for everyone! “We would absolutely stay again. We have a large group of friends who gather every year. This was an amazing space that was big enough for group activity and smaller intimate chats. The pool and hot tub were great. A crew spent the day out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. Only downsides are just preferences. We cook a lot, so the stove top was only okay. Id a have preferred gas. And the owner suite bathroom is outdated and not very retreat like. Otherwise it was great.”

“We've stayed at this lake house for several years and it's always comfortable, clean and relaxing. The back porch is perfect for meals and fellowship and the lake side view is beautiful. We always enjoy using the kayaks and paddle boards. This trip we caught a few cat fish, shell crackers, bream and white perch while kayaking. Thank you Pat for another wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning in the spring!”

“Build in some time for check out cleaning - especially if you have the whole place occupied. Suffice to say there was lots of booze drunk, full trash in the many bathrooms and a kitchen full of food after our four days of a party of 22!! We had a blast and the vibe and river were perfect. “The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! “The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. The railing by the grill is very loose. I would suggest removing the old broken water toys (jet ski in the water & driveway). While there was enough space at the dock to tie up my boat & Jet Ski, if the owner's boat was trailered when renters were there it would allow the renters to place their boat……
