“Check in to check out was a breeze … the staff were ultra polite and ultra courteous except the one who served us at the bar … while he may have been okay under normal circumstances… he stood for the wrong reasons as he was not as good as the staff at the ground level … kudos to the management … loved my therapist at the spa … she was extremely good and had one of the best massages outside Thailand .. my wife wasn’t too happy with her therapist though .. but all in all loved our stay here and if……

“My husband and I stayed at this property and came back 2x after given we loved it so much. The service is excellent. The attention to detail is notable. The breakfast is great. “By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. ”
