Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "Fantastic hotel for a family stay. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the water so we could watch the sunrise each morning. Pool is also very good, beach is 100m away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"Bis auf die Ausstattung der Küche mit Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern / Tassen etc. - da war der Bestand sehr spartanisch, war alles bestens. Da wir nach jedem Gebrauch abwaschen mussten für`s nächste mal - Geschirrspülernutzung wäre für 3 Tassen, 3 Teller und 3 x Besteck ja unsinnig gewesen- haben wir sehr bedauert, dass kein Stöpsel fürs SWpülbecken zu finden war !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Und sehr spartnische Zuteilung in Sachen Toilettenpapier und Duschbad bzw. Haarwäsche ..... Trotzdem würde ich dort...

Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
