"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. "Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"This medieval castle is owned and operated by a private family who do a marvelous job of getting every thing just right. "Stayed for 3 nights in an smart 1 bed apartment round the corner. Very well equipped and great comfort touches. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choice. Strongly recommend as very close to the beach parade area with lots of nice restaurants. "

"After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. The superb swimming pool and spa area as well as bountiful breakfast buffet in the nearby hotel made my stay very pleasant."
