"The stay was okay, but in the bathroom there was cold air running all night. I had to put a tow over it to prevent from freezing. Besides that, it was okay, nice. The room"

"The staff were so nice, and professional from check in to the dining choices inside the hotel. The food me and my friends had was even better , it was my birthday and they did more than meet our expectations. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend if you want to have a great view of Niagara Falls or be close to the park. It is walking distance however I recommend driving!!!! I’ll be back to visit again soon☺️"

"The hotel was clean and staff were all courteous and polite . Convenient location if visiting Cornell and close proximity to college town where restaurants are. Food in taverna banfi excellent . My only complaint is pillows were so soft —it will be nice if they had some firm pillows if requested. I also notice staff did not sen ti clean room when we were away "
