“We had an great stay at Cozy in KC. The house was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We especially loved living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. The location was about a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. While everything was great, just be aware that tv's are older with a fussy remote, but it didn't impact our overall experience. ”

“Big house with plenty of room for everybody! Great neighborhood with large driveway for parking. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to stay for awhile. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well stocked. Bed linens and towels were of great quality. The owner communicated quickly. The backyard is big!”

“We had 8 adults, 8 kids and an infant for our annual family get-away. The interior of the home was spotless with plenty of room for everyone including plenty of towels and linens. The yard and area around the fire pit and pool was in need of some TLC but the pool itself was fantastic! Vani was very easy to communicate with. The AC had trouble keeping up upstairs and the lower level was cold, but the temperature outside was in the upper 90’s-100 every day. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We came to Kansas City to spend Thanksgiving with my husband‘s brother and his wife. We love the Plaza and the location was great. Having Pizza 51 just down the street and the Whole Foods market was also very convenient. We attended a Chiefs game on Friday and had many memorable and delicious meals. We were able to walk to the Capital Grille, Gram & Dun. Took an Uber to Union Station and ate at Pierpont’s. Walked to TaHa Mexican restaurant, which was excellent! The Penthouse was beautiful had……

“I loved this house overall! Very welcoming and clean and perfect for 8 people to stay in!!”

“Sometimes you can’t tell from the online listing, but this is in an apartment-style building on the bottom floor. It felt like a basement and the bathroom had some mustiness. There are neighbors walking around above you so I was glad I brought my ear plugs. Otherwise we really enjoyed the short walk to Plaza shopping and restaurants. We slept well and enjoyed the coffee that was provided.”

“Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!”
