“This property is exactly as described and pictured. Communication was great and very helpful. They do need to upgrade the coffee pot. It's very small. We had 6 people and had to make multiple pots every day. I'm just saying that for a condo that sleeps 11, according to the listing, the coffee pot should accommodate the same. I wish there had been a little bit of Christmas decor in the condo, but other than that it was exactly as expected. Very Happy!”

“Nice host and property. We loved it! ”

“This house was very well maintained I was a little sad that we couldn't spend more time hanging out in the house due to visiting for a wedding and being very busy. Sheena took care of the smallest details taking it to the next level. I also would have loved if it was pool season, we'll have to come stay during the warmer months for that.”

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“Very comfortable stay with lots of room to spread out. Interesting older house with many unique features. We were happy to learn that they recently installed a new furnace and a dishwasher. Lots of cookware and dishes. We spread out over two dining rooms for mealtime which worked well for us. ”

“Space was nice. Need top sheets on beds. Noisy location and basement tenant.”

“My sister and I stayed one week while visiting her granddaughter. The host was great! Had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but she was very on top of it! Actually thought the size was really nice and the neighborhood is quiet. My only advice to the owner is put up a couple mirrors :) Over all I would totally stay there again! ”

“Property owner was great at communicating and the house was perfect!”

“We had a good stay at the house. It's in a residential neighborhood and close to some commercial areas with restaurants etc. The house was very clean and the property manager was great - she went above and beyond to find and return something that we left behind. The upstairs beds were a little hard. We were there with 7 people and the main living area felt a little crowded. With more people, you'd want to make sure you were using the downstairs/outside (in the summer). But all in all, a good……

We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway.
