“I always go to the Lodge during December. I have been doing so for the past 6 years. The cleanliness and comfort are still pleasing. Im not happy about the quality of the food though, especially the breakfast and the buffet. The food was bland with limited choices. Change the chef and bring more variety to the food, please. The standard has been going down over the years, but the price per night has been steadily going up”

“Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not……

“I always go to lake view however the condition of this particular unit was terrible The kitchen drawers was in a bad state where there were ants and cockroaches to a degree where the pots and pans needed to be washed before use No upgrades to this unit making me think twice to book again. Got pics and videos There are no coasters, I made my own out of a pizza box I always respect other people’s property as if it was my own Staff however extremely friendly ”

“It started fine but on the third night as we were putting our kids to bed we found some sort of rodent droppings all over the kids beds and pillows. It must have all fallen from the overhead vents. We immediately packed and left. It ruined our trip to St Lucia. ”
