“Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. “This property is clean and well appointed, pictures are accurate and up to date. Check in and check out are self serve, easy, and convenient. We used this property as a jumping off point to explore the trails of the Susquehannock state forest and were not at all disappointed. The property owner is kind and helpful and quickly answered a number of questions that I asked via the VRBO messenger app. We will defiantly be returning to explore even more of the beautiful wilderness in this area and……

“Comfortable cabin set in a nice area with view of the creek from the porch. Nice size rooms, very clean, with just about everything provided for your stay. Driving distance to several points of interest, PA Grand Canyon, Cherry Springs State Park, Kinzua Bridge, etc. Several small towns to walk around, especially nice was Wellsboro, you can spend a day there. All in all, very enjoyable stay.”
