“We stayed in this small home and found it to suit our basic needs in the countryside. I would describe it as more of a camping style. It met our needs of a place to stay with electricity and a hot shower. No complaints with the composting toilet. We enjoyed exploring the land and being outside under the stars at the fire pit.”

“This is our second time staying at the Kaleidoscope Ranch and it’s officially our favorite place in East Texas. Our kids (ages 6, 8, 9 and 11) LOVE the animals and the playground. We especially loved the Polish chickens, donkeys and camels, but ALL of the animals were very friendly and patient with our kids. We look forward to coming back soon!”

“Weekend trip to Canton Trade Days with friends. Quiet, clean and thankful for all the small amenities! We brought some games with us for the evening and imagine our surprise to find more in the coffee table. The tea pods for the Kurig was fantastic ending to the day for winding down. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Cafe U and really enjoyed touring the Victorian home. You’re a gracious host!”
