Amazing location, location, location!
South Beach Ocean View condo sleeps 6! Walk everywhere, free garage parking for two vehicles. Watch the white caps roll in from your private balcony only a few steps to toes in the sand and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavillion. The condo has a full-size kitchen, washer and dryer, two private bedrooms, and two bathrooms and the living room has a pullout sleeper queen sofa. Smart TVs, linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. Grab your flip-flops and bikinis and relax in this spacious condo.

South Beach is Tybee Island's hot spot! You are within walking distance of the Pier, most shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You can easily walk anywhere from here, rent bikes, golf carts, or drive.

Amazing girls trip
The condo was great. You could see the beach from the valcony. We sat out every morning and evening and watched the water and listened to the waves. The condo is about 25 minutes from the historic district of Savannah which makes for a nice day if u plan to viisit there. We also went to fort pulaski and the tybee island lighthouse which were not far from the condo and excellent points for learning some geogia history. We would recommend capt Derek dolphin cruise. We were pleasantly entertained. The condo was very comfortable. The living space was ample for 3 women to still have their own space when needed. The property management is quick to resolve issues. We arrived during a pirates weekend and the parking was a night mare. Someoneone was parked in our condos spots. We called and they came down and tracked the people down and made them move right away. My only recimmendation is that you add a diffrent shower head to the master bathroom shower. Our stay way enjoyed by all and we will be back soon!

Beautiful beachside stay
Wow, this rental was gorgeous. Roomy, clean, comfy, can hear and smell and see the ocean. There were only two of us so there was extra space. can easily sleep 5. The porch looks down the block to the ocean which is a 1 min walk, and the shops/restaurants/bars are just around the corner. Only difficultly was messaging the rental company directly with questions I never got a response, but luckily nothing was urgent. Check in and check out instructions were sent on time and were clear. Tybee was great!

Good location!
Good location! We're on the 3rd floor so we could see the ocean but the 4 flights of stairs got old as we were also traveling with our little dog. Ar the last minute they alowed us to stay 1 more day and we were very thankful!! Overall great place!

Wonderful location, terrible communication
Knowing Hurricane Debby (Tropical Storm by the time it reached Tybee) would arrive about the same time we did, I called the host to check on the cancelation policy. So I knew I could only cancel due to a mandatory evacuation. But 45 minutes after checking in, the road started to flood enough that we decided we needed to leave while we still could and stayed in a hotel the rest of our trip. I can understand paying full price for the service fee (we opened a package of soap and a hand towel will need washed and folded) and the host fee (vrbo needs their cut). But I called and left a message several times to check if the state and local state-of-emergency declarations, the multiple mass-communication emergency notifications for storm surge and flooding, or reports of rescue efforts by local authorities would qualify for any sort of refund. I also contacted VRBO who emailed the property manager twice. Still no response. However, if not for the storm and lack of communication, it probably would have been a great vacation. The condo is sufficient, and the location was great. Steps to the beach and a couple blocks from an area with many restaurants and other touristy things. And only 30 minutes to downtown Savannah, which I recommend. So, while I'll never go back because of how frustrating it has been, I'm not suggesting no one should. Just hope you won't need to contact the manager and don't skimp out on the insurance.
