“I was surprised by how clean and well furnished the home was, as well as it's very remote location. The access road is quite bumpy, so drive with caution. It takes you all the way up the mountain, amidst the snowcapped mosquito range and several 14ers including the legendary Quandary Peak and Mount Democrat. The surrounding wilderness is Subalpine Fir/Spruce Forest with plenty of wildlife. During our stay we viewed White Tailed Deer, Moose, Chickarees, Golden Mantled Grounds Squirrels,……

“This property is simply amazing! Exceedingly clean, beautiful and relaxing. Home was well stocked with cookware and silverware. The little hill was nice for the kids to run down with sleds. “It is a very pretty location and the beds were decent. The cabin says it’s for 6 but it’s small it would be best with 4 people. The table only seats 4. The heating in the living room didn’t work. When we notified them of this problem they told us just to use the stove in the living room. That’s fine if they were to supply enough wood for that. We spent an additional 200 on wood to keep it warm. The hot water only lasted 5 minutes so you had to shower very quickly or freeze. The dryer didn’t work……
