“Almost everything in the apartment was old and worn out or broken. About 50% of the light fixtures/lamps are either broken, missing parts or missing bulbs. “We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside.
