This home has a King Bed, Queen Bed, two Double beds, and a day bed, and can easily accommodate 1-3 families. The home is equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, new flooring throughout, and is fresh off an interior makeover. 40" HDTV with surround sound. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Washer & Dryer are available in unit as well!
The Space:
Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy using this space as much as we have. My how this home's use has changed over the years! From the home I lived in during school, to student rental, to the home my younger brother lived in, on now to a rental we want to share with you. We almost lost this home to the tornado in 2011, but thankfully, we escaped with nothing more than broken windows and a damaged roof. The memories we've made here are near and dear to our heart and we hope your family has as fond a memory of this home as we do once you've completed your stay - and that you think of us again the next time your travels bring you to Tuscaloosa!

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the center of all the action! Before the tornado, this area was piece-milled together and the buildings lacked a general theme or functional layout. Though tragic, the blank slate that the tornado created has been seized by real estate developers and homeowner's alike. Despite the development the surrounding area has experienced, this street remains fairly quiet because it is not a "cut-through" for general commercial traffic.
Getting Around:
Walk to many restaurants and shopping! Moderately active guests can walk to campus on gameday, or take an Uber to your favorite spot to watch the game downtown. This home's central location to the city makes travel in any direction a breeze.

You’ll need to sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. The documents must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.
Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). You’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Superhog). Completing this process before arrival ensures a quick and easy check-in.
