“The house was perfect. All the bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get going in the morning. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. Super convenient to fish and boat at Navajo Lake and fly fish on the San Juan. We definitely try to stay here again. ”

“The house and property were great! The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The house was large and clean. The yard was large and we were impressed by the front and back patio areas. We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker! The close river access is a huge plus (fishing is great). We even met a neighbor who was very nice and talked the home owner up. The lake was just short drive away,……

“Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues.”

“I was very happy to find this hotel/motel alternative located about halfway between Farmington and Bloomfield. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a few days' stay. Autumn is a very responsive, gracious and accommodating host. A good intro to the tiny house experience.”
