“The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I could reach them via text on WhatsApp for directions when I was away, or for recommendations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. When I needed something extra the staff found it for me. There was some light wear and tear on the walls, but nothing too bad. The area was easy to get to the Dolmabahce Saray and Taksim Square. We would definitely stay here again.”
