“A very comfortable room with good amenities. Love that we had control over the hearting in our room- it was very efficient.
Bed was comfortable but pillows were very lumpy and not comfortable for sleep.
Loved the ease of walking into town. Also great for parking. ❤️”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”
“Great stay. Our room was large and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Great room amenities and tasty breakfast. However, we were a bit disappointed because we had booked and prepaid the 5-course tasting menu for diner at the hotel restaurant, which was canceled by the hotel, without any communication to us. ”
“What a great host Jack and Holly are, very helpful and excellent with our little 4 year old grandson who was on his first trip away from his mum and dad. Will be recommending the hotel to friends for sure. ”
“Such a warm welcome from the owner was much appreciated. Only stayed one night and had the best sleep in a long time; the bed was really comfy and location was very peaceful at night. The room looked onto the loch and beyond to the hills which was the highlight of our stay. Dinner was a set 2 or 3 course meal and absolutely delicious, especially the steak and venison dishes. Views of the loch were stunning and a perfect location to visit the beautiful surrounding area - Queen’s View is a must.……
