“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“The beach was perfect. Sheltered enough to be safe but open enough to be clean. The property is undergoing renovations right now so not everything was open. We look forward to returning when the work is completed. Also, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. The food was amazing.”

“We had good stay at Dreams Tulum Mexico. The resort is good but not extraordinary . I would expect a little more for the price we paid. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms are a little dated. There are not enough restaurants and during are stay half were closed. I must say service was good the staff are great no complaints there. Overall for a 3 night stay I , would consider this resort again.”

“Had some issues with our room initially, staff was able to get us into a much better room the next day.”

“Hotel is very nice, rooms are beautiful. Food is very limited, and some of the restaurants skew toward avant garde. Def review the menus before deciding. Staff was friendly and attentive with a few missed service opportunities. I tend to hold Conrad and Waldorf to a higher standard being top tier Hilton properties. Overall nice resort and very social media “worthy” but service is good but not excellent. ”

“I stayed at this property in 2018 and again in November 2024. Here is my assessment: Grounds: - The grounds of the property are very nice and with a lot of things to do, considering there are 4 Bahia Principe resorts connected to each other. - Almost 1 mile of beach area where you can choose from snorkeling, to waves or no waves. - Transportation runs very across all areas - Pools are big and clean and many Rooms: - They renovated the rooms, but the bathroom is included in the room without……

“Food was amazing , the buffet changes everytime, I loved it. The employees were really nice. I appreciated the fact that there were planned activities everyday (from morning till the night). Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a wild night life there, it’s not there because alcohol and activities end at 11pm.”

“Just completed our 4th visit to the property. We love coming here to relax, and unwind. It’s not a huge property, just perfect for us. Great service , friendly staff. ”

“Beautiful hotel. Room could have been cleaner. There were stray hairs (from multiple ppl) on the rug, in the shower, by the pool. Floor felt gritty so i don't think they are swept/vacuumed regularly- I just wore the provided slippers and was ok. But the room was spacious and comfortable with functioning AC, the plunge pool also functioned well. Had to request the outdoor lamps be fixed, and they were. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I rented a Bali Bed but got rained out after only……

“Very nice hotel but the street it is on is in very bad shape. From pot holes to sketchy looking people, it made us feel very uneasy walking around. Overall we had a great experience at the hotel but it did feel over priced. Not sure we would go back. ”
