This NEW CONSTRUCTION custom home built by Born Again Restored is the perfect retreat. This cottage boasts 3 beds, 2.5 baths and is nestled into the Rose District, a walkable community filled with restaurants, shops and entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and feels like a step back in time to the way things used to be. Front porch sitting and patio grilling are just the beginning to this home away from home.
