Check in was very easy. Good parking area. The room was nice. The sheet on one bed was dirty, spoke to the manager next morning to let her know. I would stay again if needed.

There was no one in the reception area and nobody answered the phone when I called. I called Motel 6 and complained and I could hear them calling over the phone and nobody answered either. It took about 30 minutes for an employee to pop out of the elevator and found us waiting. The room very dirty. We are not staying at any Motel 6 ever again. First and last time.

The property was unsafe and disgusting, the toilet seat in my bathroom was broken to the point of injury, nail polish, markers, and ink on all furniture, the matress old and extremely stained. The towels where stained beyond disgusting. When i went to the front dest to ask for extra they told me they did not have extra only enough for the rooms. When i showed them how bad the wash cloth was stained, magically a new wash cloth and hand towel appeared. I will never refer someone i know to stay there, and have posted on all social media how disgusting the place is. Im disappointed that your company even promotes this property.

Bed is flat and springy, dog pee in elevator and night and still there in the morning. Ice box was 46 and wouldn't get colder. The hotel was hot but a/c worked well in room.

This property is TERRIBLE!! We had holes in the bedding, what we are pretty sure was blood spatter on the ceiling, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag (which I'm sure is highly illegal), holes in the walls, and they don't have hairdryer on property.

This was the worst night in a hotel we have ever spent. They put us in a room that was so small we almost couldn't function. Then when they found out the television didn't work they said oh it must be the remote but the remote worked the TV said that there was no service. When I told him that it kept flipping through about 10 different Keys saying he didn't have anything else, and finally said okay you can go into room XXX. Neither refrigerator had a freezer that was defrosted. They were so iced up you couldn't put anything in the freezer. There was noise all night long from above and slamming doors in the halls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable I felt like I was on a Lumpy board. I was up by 4:00 and we were out and on the road as soon as possible. This was the first time there were absolutely no amenities. No shampoo or conditioner, no hair dryer and only one washcloth, one towel and one hand towel. This room had two queen size beds so why they thought one of each was enough I will never know. The person at the desk on check-in was about as close to rude as possible. Fortunately, the person in the morning was much better and left me feeling better than the one in the night time. The TV in the second room worked but the remote did not and everything had to be done by a toggle button underneath the screen. It was quite a challenge but at least I could watch television. I have a photo of the toilet showing the chips in the seat. This program will not let me upload.
