This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with a fully furnished kitchen.
There is a large backyard--perfect for pups, driveway parking, laundry room, and a dedicated workspace.
Livingroom has a 50" smart tv

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a 50" smart tv

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed

Bedroom #3 has bunk beds and kids toys

All bedrooms have a white noise machine.

Pack and play and tabletop/portable high chair available for guest use.

The dedicated office has a workspace.

The dining room table seats 6.

Fully furnished kitchen with enough dinnerware for 6, Keurig coffee maker provided with K cups, creamer, & sugar.

Great place to stay in downtown Tulsa
This was my first time using VRBO and we were very pleasently surprised. The property was perfect for our needs with a small child and a puppy, and was a better value than what some of the hotels were trying to charge. Close to downtown and the Tulsa country club, quiet street, and easy to get to. The host was quick to respond to our inquires and let us enjoy our stay. Thank you soo much! We look forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Tulsa!

Softball sanctuary
We were very pleased with our stay. We stayed for a softball tournament and enjoyed the house greatly. It was very clean, neat, and well accommodated. We had plenty of comfortable room for our group of 6 including our 3 year old little boy. He was very pleased with the closet of toys!

The Cozy Owen
We stayed at the Cozy Owen for a 3 night family weekend getaway. It was a nice place and would stay here again. The accommodations worked well for my wife and I and our 3 year old son. This was the first time we used Verbo and would definitely use it again the next time we travel.
