“We arrived to a nice little cozy cabin, and enjoyed our stay for the most part. The kitchen was spacious & had everything necessary: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker & hotplate. However, a few things did make our stay a little uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom did not produce water, the “fireplace” was boarded up & unuseable with two very small space heaters to heat up the entire cabin. It took about 12 hours to heat the cabin & it felt warm finally by the time we left the next day.……

“A fun and comfortable place to stay with all the amenities of a home--queen-size bed, electric heater, Keurig, outdoor fire-pit and first class outhouse. Would love to stay there again.”

“Booking this stay for my 50th high school reunion, I didn't realize after having been away for so long, that the VRBO was a few blocks from my grade school! It also was convenient to Issaquah and the site of our party. I gave the place one less star for highway traffic noise---maybe more sound insulation could be added to the loft? Otherwise, it met my needs in every respect.”

“This is one of the few rentals on VRBO that allows events, and it was perfect for our elopement. We were married on the dock, roasted smores by fire pit, and enjoyed the quiet nights away from civilization. Other perks: the bathroom vanity and heated bathroom, tall mirrored closet in master bedroom that was high enough to hang the wedding dress without it touching the floor, large windows in the family room to view the lake, and fully equipped kitchen. With that said, the cabin was clean, but……

“The wife, dogs, and I stayed here to unplug during a rainy Memorial Day. This property is special! Felt like we were transported back to the 1800s (but with some key comforts like baseboard heaters). We enjoyed zoning out to the crackling fire and looking at the tides go by.”

“A beautiful cabin in an amazing location. Meticulously clean. We had a bit of a rough start. We understood there were steps, however the first 23 steps from parking to the cabin were narrow and a bit steep. The couple we were traveling with chose to stay elsewhere due to mobility and luggage carrying complications. It took us a bit to figured out how to access the kayaks and bikes. By then we were involved with family celebrations so we didn't use them at all. Beautiful. Comfortable. By……

“My wife and I were fortunate to spend 3 weeks of my work sabbatical at this incredible property. Our stay was during the fall, so while the weather was as expected (rainy and cold most days), we experienced multiple weather conditions daily and loved the beautiful, peaceful views we enjoyed every single day! The goal of this sabbatical was rest and relaxation; this property helped us achieve and exceed that goal!”
