“We chose this property based on its location and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room; visiting family members commented on the open floor plan. The fenced side yard was a huge plus (it would be even better with a light for nighttime). Overall we were pleased with everything. ”

“This is our second time staying at The Preserve at Maple Creek. The first time we stayed in the Barn Cabin and my oldest daughter was married in the glass chapel 2 years ago. We LOVE this property! It's much more than just a place to stay. We did a little hike through the property on Thanksgiving day and had such a great time!!! My oldest lives in Rutherfordton so any time we plan to visit this is where we hope to stay!”

“Doug was super responsive and quick to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views all around. My kids enjoyed feeding the cows and hanging out on the porch. The house felt very personal and lived in which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, it provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We made lots of memories and overall had a great time.”

“It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. ”

“This is the most beautifully appointed, well maintained, clean home we have ever had the pleasure to vacation in. It’s simply gorgeous! The care that has gone into this home is truly amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture beautiful and functional, and the setting is lovely and peaceful. It was a perfect spot close to hiking, shopping and the airport. Our host Linda is wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to take care of us. She was so responsive, helpful and caring. ……

“This house is the cutest little farm house. The kids enjoyed staying here and seeing the animals. There’s lot of kids toys, pack n play, high hair, etc. This is the perfect house for a family with young children. We enjoyed watching the variety of movies and playing games with the family. We will be back! ”
