“Beautiful house! Due to travel accommodations/the holiday we were not able to meet with the property manager at check in. They weren’t able to come out (again due to the holiday so I understand) until 2 days after our check in. There were no directions/instruction manual so we were unable to use the pool and hot tub during that time, which was a bummer. When the property manager came, he was kind and professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. My only other takeaway……

“We loved the location right on the water. It was great being able to relax in the screened porch or just watching the water from the master bedroom. It was a bonus having fun toys (bikes and kayaks) available as well.”

“Villa Juhara is a spectacular place to stay. We were fortunate enough to stay here for a week after a busy 2 weeks in Orlando visiting the theme parks. It was a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the facilities and local area. The villa has been built and furnished to the very highest standards but it is also incredibly practical and has everything you could ever need to make a holiday property feel like a home. So clean, so modern and so comfortable. The location In Cape Coral is very good and……

“Beautiful home! Great communication with host! Wonderful to have bicycles and beach chairs/umbrella. We found Lowdermilk beach and love it. It had parking, restrooms and a food and drink restaurant.”

“Awesome condo along the canal with kayaks. Host is very responsive. Location is great, just minutes from the beach. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service while we were there. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and would have liked for seasonings and oil to be stocked. We stayed at a VRBO last Christmas that had all the basics stocked so maybe we were just spoiled. Floors and couches were a little dirty. Overall though very comfortable and functional. It was nice to have lots of parking……
