“Great location , Domenika who help to check us in is so helpful, friendly n refer us to good restaurants as good value , good quality food. We live our top floor n have to carry out bags up n down. But fully understand cos old building do not hv lift. ”

The property is very well appointed with any facilities you might need. A short walk to either a local supermarket or into Cavtat. Would serve as a great base accommodation for a few days if so needed.”

“In the old town up steep stairs, however our host greeted us and carried two heavy suitcases to the apartment. It was spacious. Shower leaked but extra towels provided. Clean and comfortable.”

“Check in was a bit of a hassle with the hosts expecting wrong number of guests and the check-in time update through directbookers system causing some weird confusion. The location is superb with a short walk to old town, but the apartment itself has seen better days, with some lights not working and the spare bed being not so nice. ”

“We have booked the regular twin rooms with partial sea view but the hotel can only offered us rooms facing the road. Even we already mentioned that our requirement while checkin , but turn out they have not set the twin beds while check in and we have to wait. For the facilities, they do not provide iron and which need extra cost for the ironing service which we found unacceptable.”

"本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。服務待加強。"
