“Stayed in this cottage for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. It has all the necsary things to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. All 3 bedroom have aircon and we had a comfortable nights rest on a hot humid day. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Host was very kind and thoughtful to keep necessary item in the house to make our stay stress free. ”

“Everything was clean and tidy with lovely big windows for letting the cool breeze in.I also enjoyed the outdoor patio area where I could sit with my cuppa and read my book.the host also had a selection of books available if you were interested.”

“The photos of this property do not match. On arrival the building had broken glass taped up, no direction where to find a key, no support with trying to contact for help. Car park had people being erratic. Room itself smelt of smokers. The bed was ruffled. The bottom sheet not ironed. Paint was coming off the walls in the rooms. After finally contacting the owner who assured us of a refund - all has gone quiet. Even several emails to the wotif.com site. Extremely disappointed and we……

“The house is amazing - historic and yet feels like home. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The breakfast items and little touches were very welcome, including having a Christmas tree to decorate with family. Pool was very welcome given the warm weather. Would stay again.”

“Very quiet area, but not in a very nice area. The cottage was very basically furnished however it served a purpose for an overnight stay. ”
