The kitchen is a chef's dream. Everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and entertain. 6 bar stools get you right up to the bar at the kitchen area. Granite counter tops, DW, large refrigerator and pantry and so much more.
On the main floor there is also a 1/2 bath, a bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet and a full bath with jacuzzi tub plus another half bath off the kitchen and a separate laundry room. Sheets and towels are provided.
On the upper level is a loft with lake views, game table and futon; a full bath, a bedroom with bunk beds that sleep four and another with a queen bed.
On the lower level enjoy a huge entertainment/game room. Featuring comfortable seating, flat panel TV and pool table. This cool space will be a welcome spot to watch sports, play a friendly game of pool and simply have a good time. There is also one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath on the lower level. There is a second large deck off the entertainment room with seating. This is a walk out level to the lake by descending 14-steps or walking down the hill. Outdoors is the best of beachfront perfection with 100' of sandy beach, a tiki bar with mini-refrigerator, patio with seating, and a dock. The tiki bar has an assortment of chairs, beach toys, etc.
This fantastic location is central to so many activities in the Traverse City area. Like minor league baseball? You can catch a Beach Bums game just 5 minutes away. Live entertainment? Interlochen Center for the Arts is a 10 minute drive. Northwest Michigan Fair is just south. Tennis, walking path, hiking, and a children's play area are offered at the Silver Lake public park less than 2 miles up the road.
Downtown Traverse City is famous for its variety of restaurants and offers festivals all summer long. Like doing wine tastings? Leelanau County and Old Mission Peninsula both offer many wineries and are a short, scenic drive away. There is so much to do in this terrific area you will have to come back again and again just to enjoy it all.
