Escape to this quiet, wooded cabin with modern amenities. This cozy retreat on 30 acres provides a private and remote feel where you can relax and get comfortable. And still, it`s a short drive to the center of Travelers Rest - which is full of character - with shops, restaurants, and craft beverages. You`re close to The Swamp Rabbit Trail and it`s just a quick jaunt to Greenville.

This escape is ideal for friends, couples, small families, remote workers, and outdoor adventurers!

Welcome to this cozy, modern cabin located near downtown Travelers Rest. The town is known for its unique and friendly charm. This cabin offers an ideal combination of comfort and convenience with a rustic style.

The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen making it ideal for your family and friends to gather together. The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or enjoy carry-out from one of the local restaurants.

Through the door off the kitchen is a patio with a hot tub, outdoor chairs, and a fire pit. It feels quiet and remote.

The master bedroom is cozy and calming. There`s a private, en-suite master bath. Enjoy the clean, modern fixtures.

The second bedroom is private and has its own full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and stylish, modern fixtures.

You will have private access to the entire cabin, yard, and driveway for parking multiple vehicles.
The cabin sits on 30 acres of mostly wooded land. We recommend staying in the grassy areas or the immediate surrounding woods. The woods beyond the creek could be unsafe as the area is unmaintained with some steep banks.
A private RV is stored on the property. No one will be using it during your stay. Please do not attempt to access this vehicle.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are discovered at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If the pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

Please help us understand your intent to follow these House Rules by stating, `I`ve read the House Rules` when making a booking inquiry or completing your reservation. These rules are in full force and effect whether you respond in this manner or not. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

Cabin in the woods!

Great modern cabin. Location is perfect for folks visiting the area for weddings, biking or waterfall chasing. Quiet and relaxing location. Very clean. Just what we were looking for.
