Yes, the house was in some aspects a little bit worn but the general feeling was that you stayed at an old friends house. 4 bedrooms with air-condition. Lots of household items. All kitchen-ware you need. Beach chaires. Games. Childrens toys. Great internet (>250 mbps). TV with channels in every possible language. Fantastic view from terrace overlooking the sea.
