“The property itself though small but very clean and tidy. Room size is very good for 3 persons. The staff are friendly and accommodating. However, the location is a bit far from shopping mall and cafe/restaurants. The nearby supermarket is closed on Mon & Tue. The hotel restaurant only serves dinner. You need to walk around 10 mins to get public transport. Despite this, it is a good budget hotel to stay at Canberra.”

“The room is new, large and tidy, The equipment is also very complete. It’s impeccable. The front desk service attitude was not very good. Another thing to note is that parking is not in this Apartment, but on another street, and you have to pay an additional AU$10 each time you exit.”

“Pretty techy- can check-in/out without interacting with any staff. You can even open the front door and door to your room with their app. The only thing that I think they can improve on is having an outlet at each bed. Having an outlet inside the locker is nice and all but I would like to have easy access to my phone when I go to bed and when I wake up.”
